FABRICS / MATERIALS

What types of fabric do you have?
Mainly we have 2 kinds of fabrics: 100% Cotton and French Terry with various fabric weight types, and colors.
We regularly update new fabric color palettes. Please choose the fabric type, color you want, then let us know so that we can check our fabric stock.
How thick is your fabrics?
For 100% Cotton, we have 3 types of fabric weight
For Streetwear's order, 280gsm is the most selected fabric.
For French Terry, we have 2 types of fabric weight
What is your fabric shrinkage ratio?
With a weaving and dyeing factory, Aothun.com is always proactive in improving the quality of our fabrics. We are proud to be able to produce blank products with the lowest shrinkage rate of ±1% in the world, which no one can commit to. This helps to keep the form and the great shape of the product and keep it unchanged. Therefore, increasing your perceived quality of the product in your customer’s mind.

What is your order process?
After several years of working with global brands, we adopt a fast and lean process to help you save time and money. Our process has 5 steps.
How long for sample making?
Sample production time usually is 2 weeks after collecting all sample deatails.
How long for bulk production?
Bulk production from the day we’ve confirmed the order would be around 3 weeks.
What is your MOQ for all over screen printing?
Our Minimum order quantity is 50pcs per style. (1 fabric colors with 1 design)
What is your sample fee?
Please send us your design for an accurate price quote.
How do I get a quotation?
Bulk production quote is based on your design, fabric and quantity. The more detailed you can be with your request, the faster we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote.
We need custom labels. Do you offer that?
We offer the service of manufacturing custom woven tags according to your request with high quality, reasonable price and extremely small MOQ, stock free in order to help you easily build your brand and create a custom product without losing too much cost.
Prices will be different depending on your tag quantity and attributes. Send us your design for accurate quotation.
Can you make products based on my size chart and form?
Yes, we can.
In order to make products based on your size chart, we have to make the sewing pattern set, which costs $10/size.
It means if your range size is S, M, L, there will be $30 charge for making sewing pattern.
ARTWORK / DESIGN

What file types are you acceptable?
For screen print orders, we accept vector graphics (.eps, .ai, .pdf)
We recommend files to be at least 300dpi at full print size to produce the best quality.
How many colors can I include in an all over screen printing order?
We allow for up to 7 colors for white fabric and 5 colors for black fabric at this time. If your design file has more than 7 colors, our design team will help you with color reduction.
PRINTING

What makes your all-over-printing technology special?
All-over-screen printing method allows your artwork to be printed around the neck and on all over the shoulder with large print sizes up to 90x140cm. This makes a big step forward, enabling you to design freely and create different products without any restrictions on print size.
The hand and body joint positions when the printed images pass through, the ink is almost not different in color. This is also the difference in product quality that very few companies in the world can achieve this standard.
The sweat seeps through the print, still gives the customer a cool feeling, not being hot even by all-over-screen printing.

What is your mode of payment?
We accept payment through Paypal.

Note:
- We will process your order once we have received the full amount from Paypal.
- We suggest choosing "Friend and Family" type of payment for fastest process.
- If you want to choose "Business" type of payment, there will be an additional 5% surcharge for Paypal fees.
What are your payment terms?
Down payment for bulk production: After samples are approved, we require 100% payment to start on the bulk production. Balance payment for bulk production: After bulk production is completed, we will require delivery fee to be paid.

What is the delivery time?
Air shipment would take approximately 3-5 business days.
What is your sample shipping fee?
For sample delivery, our flat rate is $50
Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
What is your bulk production shipping fee?
Bulk production shipping fee will be calculated when your order is completed. We will let you know the accurate shipping fee after weighting your order.
Estimated delivery fee/pcs: $2.50-$5/ pcs (depends on your fabric type, quantity, and shipping address.)

How do I contact Customer Service?
To support you quickly and effectively, we will create a Whatsapp's group to follow your order.
In the group there will always be a Customer Service staff and a Sale person to support your order. In case there is a problem that makes you dissatisfied with the customer service, or the product quality, the customer service staff will always be in the group to support you.
